Is my information safe? + -

Anything said and discussed during an advisory interaction or sent over email is covered in a mutual NDA and our TOS when you sign up. This means that what is said on the call, along with any information we have access to, is at all times private and confidential.

How many times can we contact you? + -

Our monthly subscription gives you 10 interactions per month. Each interaction is considered a 30 minutes time block where we can help you with your issue. We will notify you when you have 2 more interactions to go in your subscription so you are clear on where you stand. Eventually we will provide a login area for you to access and get real time info but for now, simply feel free to ask us.

We feel that 10 interactions a month should be all you need for support. If you do need more support then you probably need to look at a managed service and we can definitely help steer you in the right direction.

Where are you guys based? + -

All our experts are based in Australia and have worked with Australia’s top organisations.

What type of issues can you help with? + -

We can help you with the majority of your digital questions whether it be search, analytics, SEO, social, tracking and display advertising.

One example: Let’s say you are tracking your online store via Google Analytics and you wanted to compare the performance of your traffic sources broken down by device. Let us guide you through how to grab that info quickly and easily so you don’t have to fiddle around trying to work it out.

Another example: You are running an AdWords search campaign that isn’t performing as you expect it to. Instead of jumping on the forums and trying to work it out yourself, chances are we have seen it before and a call to our advisory can guide you in the right direction with minimal fuss.

These are just a couple of examples, I’m sure there are hundreds we could help you with so lets get started.

I already have an agency, how can you guys help? + -

If you already have an agency running your digital efforts then fantastic! This is one of the main reason we set up the AskWMC advisory.

We are here to provide you with the tools and capabilities to work better with your current agency. We are on your side and our goal is to provide expert advice without an agenda nor any bias since we are not paid on % of spend nor will we require more hours added to our retainer.

Think of us as your in-house support team you can turn to when you need it.

Am I locked into anything? + -

We have a month by month option where subscription to our service is based on a month by month agreement with no contract. Discounts apply to 6 and 12 months subscriptions but the choice is yours.

Can you help implement suggested changes? + -

Absolutely we can. We have a Action 30 rule which means we can fix the problem in 30 minutes or less then we will do it. The great thing is, most big issues are caused by small problems so take advantage of our Action 30 rule where you can.

What else is included in the subscription? + -

Your subscription is not just limited to our advisory line as we regularly run workshops and events for our members. Members will be able to attend these events for free or at a greatly reduced cost. This will not only provide invaluable training for you and your time in the fields of Analytics, AdWords, Facebook and other digital channels, but it will also give you the chance to meet your team face to face! These workshops alone are worth the membership!

I run an association and would like to offer this service to our members. Are their bulk discounts? + -

Is it easy to cancel? + -

We hate to see you go but if you feel you no longer need our advisory service you can cancel at any time when you are on a rolling plan. When you cancel you will not be billed for the following month. For those on 6 and 12 month contracts we recommend you give us a call within 30 days if you want to cancel and we can arrange something.
